1. Returns & Refunds Overview
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
2. Special Conditions for Children's Products (Mugs, Placemats, etc.)
For the health and safety of all children, we adhere to a strict hygiene policy. Therefore, all children's products (including custom/personalized items) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We ensure every children's item is carefully inspected before shipment. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Conditions for All Other Non-Child Related Items
Our standard return policy applies to all other items on our site that are not specifically designed for children. These items must be returned in their original, saleable condition:

5. Return Shipping & Costs

For All Other Eligible Returns (Non-Child Items): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
